FACILITY MANAGEMENT PLANS

The Deluxe Management Plan

This, the most comprehensive plan of all, provides your community with a full staff of facility management personnel as well as a fully staffed topnotch tennis program. Prospective home buyers will be dazzled by the myriad of activities and events available.

Home owners will enjoy the constant pampering of the onsite activities staff, with aerobics and fitness instructors as well as the swim coach and tennis instructors. This plan is a must for any upscale community with a large amenities facility.

The Basic Amenities Plan                                         

This plan is anything but basic. This

Plan provides all the activities and services of the deluxe plan but is better suited for facilities that do not require a large staff.  This program grows along with the community. Starting out with an onsite Amenities Manager and Activities Director, this plan utilizes community participation to support its growth. This plan is best suited for developers needs in a new community.

The Associate Plan

This is a great plan for swim and tennis facilities that have no office or Pro Shop facilities but would still like to offer the convenience of a full time staff. The amenities can be monitor from off the property and the activities and tennis staff are always available to host events and provide tennis instruction and coaching.

This plan can be adjusted to provide as little or as much as your facility needs.

The Tennis Services Plan

The “Tennis Only Plan” is best suited for more established communities with sufficient occupation to support a comprehensive tennis program on its own. This inexpensive plan requires little to no financial assistance from the HOA to provide all the services of a topnotch tennis facility. This plan is great for communities that are built out and ready to be turned over to the HOA.
